Yoga Brunch in Prestatyn! ✨
Join me for a beautiful Yoga & Brunch by the Sea — a perfect Sunday reset to nourish your body, mind, and soul.
We will begin with a 2-hour yoga session, combining gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation. This practice is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive space.
After yoga, we’ll enjoy a delicious brunch together at The Beaches Hotel, with stunning sea views and a relaxed, cosy atmosphere.
Brunch includes a selection of fresh and wholesome options such as fruits, berries, yogurt, granola, nuts, muesli and fresh pastries.
This is a simple, nurturing experience — a chance to move, breathe, and then take your time to enjoy good food and meaningful connection with like-minded women.

💷 Early Bird Price: £39 if you book your place by 10th July.
After 10th July, the price will be £45.
To reserve your place, a £10 deposit is required.
There are only 12 spaces available, and last time all places were fully booked within the first week, so if you’d like to join us, I recommend booking early.
