Wellness and Walking Holidays are pleased to be offering this fantastic day event with Three Deep Breaths School of Qigong. This is held at the Brig Y Don Hotel in Llandudno.
You have 2 Qigong classes, with a break in between for a delicious Chinese Tea and a chat about the many health benefits of Qigong. After your second Qigong session the Brig Y Don will supply lunch, then Phil will lead a really special walk to Little Orme and back, where you are bound to see the seals at Angel Bay. When you summit Little Orme you will be treated to the most wonderful panoramic views. It is a truly special place – with stunning scenery.
Phil is an excellent instructor, with a very gentle, calming nature. Take advantage of his knowledge of Qigong and Chinese medicine during your Chinese tea break, and savour the relaxing Qigong sessions.
It’s a wonderful day out – you’re welcome to come alone or with a friend, you will be very welcome.
ITINERARY
Meet at Brig Y Don Hotel at 9.45am.

10am - 12.30pm: Qigong with Phil with break for Chinese tea
These sessions will be split into 2, with a break in the middle for Chinese tea and a discussion about Qigong. You will be impressed by Phil’s knowledge of the ancient Chinese practise of movement, breath and meditation. For session 1 you may be joined by Phil’s regular Three Deep Breaths School of Qigong students via zoom.
During session 2, you may learn Wudang Mountain Qigong and Shibashi Set 1. These sessions can be tailored to you and the group, if there is something particular you want to work on Phil will do his best to accommodate it.
12.30pm - 1.30pm: Light lunch at the hotel
The hotel will prepare a light, but substantial lunch.
1.30pm - 4pm: Phil will lead a walk from the hotel to Angel Bay, and Little Orme summit (weather permitting). The panoramic views from the summit are truly spectacular, and you are likely to see the seals of Angel Bay.

We are also offering this as a 1 night retreat, including 1 nights accommodation at Brig Y Don and a yoga class and gong bath on 28th March. There is a separate event for this but this option is shown on our booking page.
Wellness and Walking Holidays strive to create varied, affordable and accessible wellness breaks in North + Mid Wales. These are mostly suitable to solo travellers, friends or couples, but we are also offering some family wellness breaks.
We include accommodation and a variety of activities using local instructors, and offer these as set dates you can book on to via our website. We also create bespoke wellness breaks for private groups.
